फॉरेस्ट हनी क्या होता है?

जिस शहद को जंगल से प्राकृतिक मुधमक्खी के छत्ते से लिया जाता है, उसे फॉरेस्ट हनी कहते हैं। मधुमक्खियों का पालन आर्टिफिशियल तरीके नहीं किया जाता है और इन्हें डिब्बे के अंदर भी नहीं रखा जाता है। फॉरेस्ट हनी को औद्योगिक तरीके से पालन की गई मधुमक्खियों से प्राप्त नहीं किया जाता है, बल्कि प्राकृतिक रूप से मधुमक्खिों के छत्ते से जंगल से लिया जाता है।

अब बात ‘ऑर्गेनिक’ शब्द की करते हैं। ऑर्गेनिक का मतलब होता है कि जब मधुमक्खियां प्राकृतिक रूप से फूलों या पौधे से अमृत (nectar) निकालती हैं जो हानिकारक कैमिकल रहित होता है।

‘रॉ’ का मतलब है कि यह व्यावसायिक रूप से उपलब्ध शहद की तरह प्रोसेस्ड नहीं होता है। जब शहद को प्रोस्सेड किया जाता है, तब इसमें से एंटीऑक्सीडेंट और जरूर पोषण नष्ट हो जाते हैं। रॉ हनी को सिर्फ फिल्टर किया जाता है, जिससे मधुमक्खी के हिस्से और सॉलिड निकाले जा सके। यह बिना हीटिंग से किया जाता है।

What is Forest Honey?

The honey which is taken from the natural beehive from the forest is called forest honey. Bees are not reared artificially and are not even kept inside the bins. Forest honey is not obtained from industrially reared bees, but naturally from the beehives from the forest.

Now let’s talk about the word ‘organic’. Organic means when bees naturally extract nectar from flowers or plants that are free of harmful chemicals.

‘Raw’ means it is not processed like commercially available honey. When honey is processed, its antioxidants and essential nutrients are destroyed. Raw honey is only filtered to remove the bee parts and solids. This is done without heating.
